Audio-Technica ATR3350 wired lavaliere microphones for those who prefer a higher quality sound.If you prefer a better quality microphone, one that is more suited to recording purposes as well as for playing live, I recommend the Audio-Technica ATR3350. This mic connects to your amplifier, PA or recording gear using a 1/4" standard male plug. The setup comes with a microphone, wind screen, clip, 1/8" to 1/4" plug adapter and a battery. It is an Omni directional microphone that is very sensitive. You can either clip it to the leather tie on your flute or to your clothing. I personally like to clip mine to my shirt for the higher pitched flutes, which play more loudly, and to the flute just behind the sound window for the lower pitched flutes. This mic comes with a lifetime warranty from Audio Technica. If it breaks, you send it in to the factory and they repair it or replace it for free. Below are some photos of this wonderful sounding microphone.Note: Audio Technica has changed the configuration of the ATR3350 microphone. The 1/4" adapter is no longer included with this mic. I will include an adapter that will work with your 1/4" plug when you purchase from Laughing Crow Flutes, no extra charge. You cannot use just any mini plug to 1/4" adapter. Believe me. I've done the footwork and know precisely which adapter works and I include one FREE with the AT3350. You might save a few bucks shopping somewhere else, but the avoiding hassle of finding the correct adapter will be well worth your while if you purchase from Laughing Crow Flutes. Thanks for looking! If you're looking for a higher quality microphone, you won't find a better value than the Audio-Technica ATR3350. This mic also works extremely well with the Roland Micro Cube which I also offer on this site. Purchase the two together and save $5.00. Correct mini plug to 1/4" adapter included. |
