On this page we see a Native American style flute in F#m made from Tulipwood.
This is a wood I discovered while shopping for something nice to make flutes
with. It's a heavy wood that has a good feel and sound. I've inlaid the finger
holes with walnut and made the Eagle fetish out of Tulipwood. I'll let you gaze
upon the beauty of this wood and
listen to the wonderful tone that this flute is capable of.
The colors in this wood are all natural. The clear finish helps to bring out
the exquisite beauty of this instrument. I've taken the time to add two extra
coats of finish with sandings between coats to bring out a fine luster and
beauty.
