Laughing Crow Flutes Repair Service

If your Native American style flute doesn't work any more, wheezes, sounds horrible, is cracked or broken or you're just not happy with it, it's very possible that it can be repaired.

Since I have been making flutes, I have seen almost every type of difficulty one of these delightful creatures can exhibit. If you feel you'd like to have your wayward instrument civilized, once again, I'd be happy to bring it back to it's senses.

The usual cost of a repair is $40.00. Shipping back to you is $10.00 for Priority Mail for a total of $50.00. If you wish something more elaborate with shipping, we can work that out, as well.

If you wish to ship your flute for an estimate only, I will be happy to take a look at it and return an estimate for you. The minimum fee for an estimate and return shipping if no repairs are done is $20.00.

You may call, if you wish, to discuss your flute's needs with me. The phone number is 520-322-9811. Or you can e-mail your concerns to crowflutes@aol.com.

I can repair cracks, breaks, finish problems, non-playing problems and many tuning problems. I can also re-voice your Native American flute if you are not happy with the way it sings. One must realize, of course, that each flute has a Spirit. More so if it is hand made. This is the essence of your flute. This cannot be changed. I can get the most out of a particular flute, but I must also work with the Spirit of this flute.

If you wish, you can just box up your flute and pack it with lots of loving care and popcorn or bubble wrap. Mark the box "FRAGILE" for the handlers to see and ship it to me with a return address, e-mail address, phone number and a description of your flute's difficulties.* If the estimate does not exceed $50.00, I will repair your flute without further authorization. If the repairs will exceed the $50.00 I will contact you with an estimate.

Payment methods: Payment of all types is accepted. You may send money order with your flute, if you desire. This will expedite the service process. You may also call with a credit card or I can bill you with PayPal. Whatever is best for you works for me.

In conclusion, let me reiterate that there are few problems that I have not encountered and I have become quite resourceful at correcting malfunctions with these instruments.

*I will assume no liability for damages incurred during shipment.
