This does not include abuse, breakage or improper care and maintenance. Shipping is not refundable. If there is a problem, contact me prior to shipping. Ship the flute to me shipping prepaid and I will repair it, replace it or refund your money, whichever you like. You must insure your package for the value of the instrument. If the flute you want is not currently in stock, construction will begin as soon as your order is processed. Sometimes I'll be away at a show, but I will get the order as soon as I arrive home again. A note about shipping to other countries: Your country may charge import duties, value added taxes (VAT), etc. The recipient is responsible for these duties, taxes and fees. You will be expected to pay these fees in order to retrieve your shipment from your local Postal Service.
